Way to go Andrea! You did it! You should be so proud of yourself. And just in case you didn’t know, the “Run your guts out” sign was for you.

To Iris, our Race Specialist Extraordinaire, thank you so much for all your help in making the first GO FAR race in Rockingham County a reality. Your enthusiasm and race know-how were such a gift me and to everyone who most certainly had a better race day experience because of your involvement! We couldn’t have done it without you! Thanks so much!!

Way to go, Blair! If skipping races keeps him running, so be it. He’s just competing on his own schedule. I really need to pass him that baton the next time I see him running around town.

MadMayo cannot be stopped, it seems. MMRC inbox gets lots of email from people in the area who want to know about races or places to run, and from groups that want to announce their races. To paraphrase: If you email, we will post.

Lovely to see the MadMayo-ites (?) reviving. I’ll add to the report that Blair Harris has lost over 15 lbs since he started his 3-day a week running routine in January. He still is not competitive and doesn’t like to race, which baffles me, but to each his own.
